Ehime Mbano, born legal luminary, Attorney Charles Onyirimba, (The Umudike Umueze 11), was born to a retired Headmaster and school teacher respectively.
Prior to travelling to the United States of American for in 1981, Attorney Charles Onyirimba had some of his formal education in Nigeria.
His leadership qualities manifested very early in life, shortly after secondary school at Madonna High School, Ihitte, where he served as the pioneer President of Umueze II Academic Union and also was the Founder of Imo Youths Against Corruption in 1980.
Attorney Onyirimba, propelled by a burning desire for academic excellence, obtained degrees in Political Science and Journalism, and crowned it with a Doctor of Law Degree from the University of Florida, in Gainsville, Florida after which he worked as an Attorney with the Florida Department of Environmental Regulation.
He is a recipient of Doctor of Philosophy from Covenant Christian University in Atlanta Georgia
Since then, Attorney Charles Onyirimba, as a man with a passion for exemplary and people- oriented leadership, has occupied different leadership positions in addition to being involved in civil and religious groups.

Attorney Onyirimba went on to become the Honorary Nigerian Consule when Nigeria had no consulate office in Atlanta Georgia. He provided Consulate services to Nigerians until a Consulate was opened in Atlanta Georgia.
Attorney Onyirimba founded and became the fist president of African Lawyers Association of Georgia, Nigerian American Bar Association.
He was the President of Imo State Congress of America, an umbrella organization uniting all Imo indigenes in the United States of America.
Attorney Charles Onyirimba is also the Publisher of the African Quest Newspaper in Atlanta Georgia and a former presenter of the African Quest Television.
He is among the founding fathers of World Igbo Congress and its first Membership and Mobilization Committee Chairman.
